Mr. Mukesh is the Chairman of Gruham Developers. He has been a visionary for all of Gruham’s Projects. Mr. Mukesh founded Gruham in 2013 after having worked professionally for almost 10 years. He enjoys exploring the real estate market with enthusiasm, conducting exclusive research tours, and providing affordable luxury in every project. He manages all the civil work on every project of Gruham. Moving forward, his ambition is to expand the company’s reach in terms of product range and geographical scope.

Ketan Paladiya

Co - Director

Mr Ketan is the Co-Director of Gruham and brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the industry. As Co-Director, Mr Ketan actively contributes to Gruham’s growth and strengthens the company’s core values. The property market is highly profitable and Mr Ketan’s intuitive skills and expertise give Gruham a competitive advantage.

Haresh Motisariya

Managing Director

Mr. Haresh, the managing director of Gruham Developers, has a strong passion for physical health. He enjoys running marathons a lot and has won numerous medals and trophies from races across the country. In addition to actively promoting the company's brand value, he oversees every aspect of Gruham Marketing and Management. He always tries to stay up to date with the real estate industry since he thinks that knowledge is the key to survival. His goal is to make the ecology as a whole happier.
